Our team provides legal advice and services in Cyprus and abroad. Our firm has its offices based in Limassol but covers the whole of Cyprus and has associates in Nicosia, Larnaca, Paphos.
Mr. Panayiotis Efstathiou is the founder and managing partner of the law firm EFSTATHIOU & EFSTATHIOU LLC. He was born in Paphos and grew up in Famagusta. He obtained a law degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and was admitted to the Сyprus Ваг Association in 1980. With a strong litigation law background spanning over the last 30 years, Panayiotis has developed real in-depth expertise in this area. He speaks fluently Greek and English.
Mrs. Maria Patsia Efstathiou is a co-founder and partner of the law firm EFSTATHIOU & EFSTATHIOU LLC. She was born in Famagusta. She obtained a law degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and was admitted to the Сyprus Ваг Association in 1979. She speaks fluently Greek and English. Maria has extensive litigation experience and specialises on property, wills and administration, accident and personal injury, contract law, employment and family law.
Mr. Christos Efstathiou joined Efstathiou & Efstathiou in 2010. He graduated from the University of East Anglia (UEA) in 2010, obtaining a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB). He was admitted to the Сyprus Ваг Association in 2011. He is a qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) and a member of the STEP association. He is a multi-skilled lawyer and is able to provide comprehensive advice across a wide range of areas. He speaks Greek and English fluently.
Ms. Argyro Efstathiou joined EFSTATHIOU & EFSTATHIOU in 2008. She graduated from the University College of London (UCL) in 2008, obtaining a Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B) and she was admitted to the Сyprus Ваг Association in 2009. In 2010 she obtained the LPC from the BPP University Law School in London. She speaks Greek and English fluently, and has good command of Russian language. Argyro specialises in Litigation and Dispute Resolution (Banking, Civil, Commercial and Corporate). Her experience and knowledge extend to various other fields including Family law, Immigration and Wills and Estate Planning.
